The licence — where, how long, exclusive or not — is attached to the transaction and frozen onto it. Neither of you can quietly change it later.

Chasing a transfer across a border
Stripe Connect handles onboarding, identity checks and payouts. Your client pays however they pay locally.
And on a big deal, the 10% stops.
The fee is capped at €150 on any single sale. Past €1,500 it stops growing altogether — a €1,500 licence and a €5,000 buyout cost you the same €150.
Most sales never come close, so for almost everything you send this line changes nothing. It is here for the day it does: the deal that takes you a step up should not be the deal that costs you the most to collect.
